How to update your payment details
- To update your payment details in our current system (the one on this site), follow these steps:
- Sign into your store account
- Click on the Subscriptions link
- Click on View next to your subscription
- Click on Change Payment
- Check the Use a new payment method box to update your payment details
- Complete everything by clicking the Change Payment Method button
PAYMENT FREQUENCY
How to change your payment frequency
- If you’d like to switch between monthly and annual billing (if this is an option for your type of subscription), follow these steps:

- Sign into your store account
- Click on the Subscriptions link
- Click on View next to your subscription
- Click on Switch between monthly and annual payments
- Choose your desired billing frequency and click Switch subscription
PAYPAL USERS
PayPal users:
- If you used PayPal to pay for your membership, the Supersonics Plus system may be using the email address associated with your PayPal account. Please try logging in to Supersonics Plus with this email address.
CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
How to cancel your subscription
- To cancel your subscription in our current system (the one on this site), follow these steps:

- Sign into your store account
- Click on the Subscriptions link
- Click on View next to your subscription
- Click on Cancel
- Please be aware that if you cancel your membership and decide to rejoin later, you may be subject to a higher pricing level. To lock in your current rate, you must maintain an uninterrupted membership. We appreciate and reward members who maintain a long-term musical relationship with us 🙂
